		<description>Hi, do you know if this would work with stone ground white flour? I&#039;ve used it in shortcrust pastry to great success but in bread it always makes the loaf very dry. 

Yay for using organic flour :) I can&#039;t find any that&#039;s non-stoneground under $5.50 a kilo in New Zealand though, which isn&#039;t really affordable considering all the baking I do :P
